It all started with a desire to make delicious, smoked meats, cooked low & slow, southern-style.

That desire to cook for the family sparked an even bigger interest when Pitmaster, Cory Davis won a local barbecue competition. From there, he knew he had the beginnings of a recipe that his dad, Pete, would be proud of. Cory also found that his winning cooking process, delectable rub, and sweet BBQ sauce would be a combination people would love.
